Main concern is amount of acetaminophen which if taken too much can cause liver damage.
Also if you use MAO inhibitor or drinks more than 3 alcoholic drinks per day you should advise your doctor. The butalbital could be habit forming.

I’d be mildly concerned about the amount of caffeine in Fioricet, as caffeine can aggravate GERD. I’m not sure how severe your GERD is but, if you have major problems, I’d probably avoid caffeine-containing products.
